Pours an incredibly light yellow with a white head. Aroma is of apples and a little spice. Flavor is mainly of the apples, which are just about right (neither overpowering sweet or sour). It was a decent beer, but nothing special. It seems really light in texture.

Piss yellow pour with white head. Strong apple aroma with some other fruits, grapes. Very sweet smelling, almost like fruit soda. Bitter apple flavor with slight hoppiness on the finish. Some spice - cinnamon as well. Good fruit beer, the apple is just right and not too sweet.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy golden color with a thin white head that leaves little lacing around the glass. Aroma is that of apples and grains. This is a heavily carbonated beer that gives the mouth a good tingle while going down. The taste is surprisingly dull. You can get a hint of the apples and some spices mixed in but not at all what I had hoped for from this beer. Over all it went down smoothly and wasn’t bad to drink, but not one that will make it into my list of things to drink on a regular basis.

I may be rating this too highly based on a good food pairing, but this beer went really well with a salad of mixed field greens, walnuts, granny smith apples and blue cheese.... not a whole lot to this beer that you wouldn’t expect, sour apple, fruitness....but still pretty decent. I probably wouldn’t drink it on its own but in the context of the aforementioned salad it’s good.

Pours a yellow green tinge with almost no head. Nose is apples, sugar, and a little bit of funk. Taste is fruity and has notes of lavender and some sort of awkward celery/ spicy taste. Moutfeel is pretty highly carbonated. Not bad but I like to keep fruit and beer seperate.

Aroma of coriander, fresh apple and spicey orange stuff. Small, white, foamy head on pour that goes away. Hazygold color. No lacing. Taste is celery, dry pulpy apple juice, and lavender water and some fizzy carbonation. Tasted with ilovedarkbeer.

12oz bottle-A cloudy/hazy yellowish golden body with a nice tight white head. Aroma of apple, coriander, belgian yeast, and a bit of banana. Taste of apple, wheat, and coriander. Comes across like a cross between a wit, hefe, and fruit beer. Nice tasting brew.

Pours a very light gold in color. Nice frothy, thin head. Smell the sour apple as soon as I popped the top on this one.
This is much less offensive than the Chambly I just drank. Taste is all sour apple. There is a very large amount of carbonation in this beer, but it works well with the flavors and style. Not something I could drink alot of, but different.
