Today really was not the right day to taste this one - rainy outside, pretty much typical for an early december day in Denmark. Pair this with a true thirst quencher, probably ideally suited for a summer day in the garden, and you really have a mismatch. Apples everywhere very nice in the aroma and slightly lighter on the tounge. Slightly thin and quite fizzy with a quite sharp finish. Will definetely save one of these for next summer.

BiG white head on this golden thang, sweet candy apple wafts from the bottle, crispy apple banana flavor, sweet belgium yeast and smooth wheat, this would be nice on a hot summer day, but is still good on this cold rainy winter day

Had this beer on 7/8/2007. Aroma is full of a fresh apple scent. Color is a pale yellowy/gold with good carbonation and loose head. Taste is light and tart. Starting with a light body that goes down crisp with a fizzy feel. Finish comes on with a faint malt flavor backed by a light apple flavor that comes across with a tartness. This is a great summer beer its refreshing and easy to drink with just a hint of fruit flavor.

Very strong apple aroma, same in the taste as well. a bit thin with not much to it but apple flavor. If your looking for apple flavored beer i guess this is good, but besides that, nothing great

330. Pours deeply hazy medium gold with a towering, gloppy, tiny-bubbled platinum blonde head. Virtually laceless. Pretty fair-sized dusty green apple nose. Bit of floral and grass in there as well. Light, fizzy body. Not much happening on the mid-palate; dry, dusty, light green apple flavor. This bottle may be well beyond its prime and deserve a re-rate, but I certainly can’t recommend this beer based on this sampling.

copying from my tasting notes. Bottle. Golden pour with a small white head, smell was of green apples and wheat. Taste was somewhat weird, not as much apple taste as I thought there would be, which made this one pretty good, but not as good as I thought it was gonna be.

Had on draft at Mulholland Brewery. Poured a cloudy golden color. Very sweet smell of apples. Reminded me of one of my strawberry shortcake dolls from my childhood! Taste was sweet malts and aples. Almost cider like. I am not a fan of fruit beers, but I must confess this is one of my favorites. I had never had an apple flavored beer and for some reason, the apples seem to blend better with the beer than other fruits I have tried. Very good...
