| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Sep 14, 2007 Bottle: pours a pale orange with lots of little bubbles, aroma is definitely apples, taste like an apple but without all the sweetness, has a dry finish. Interesting brew. It certainly isn’t bad but it probably isn’t something I’ll buy again. riversideAK (2727), Shoreline, Washington, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 13, 2007 Hazy drab yellowish brown- like apple juice. Head disipates quickly. Lots of yeasty chunky floating around too. Nice sour apple wheat aroma with some corriander too. Cider like qualities mixed with standard Wit beer characteristics. Sour apple flavor lingers along with some wheat.Super champagne bubbly. stoopsy99 (3), Norman, Oklahoma, USA does not count | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 13, 2007 Light, hazy pale straw colour. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 13, 2007 12 oz bottle from Unibroue 8 bottle sampler. Pour is slight hazy pale yellow with a bunch of carbonation and a one inch white head. Aroma is green apples as soon as the bottle opens. Taste is light and refreshing, with an apple tartness to the finish. Also some citrus (lime / grapefruit) and sweetness throughout as well. A very light, nicely balanced, refreshing beer. biznizness (935), Mooresville, North Carolina, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Sep 2, 2007 0.34 l bottle. Hazy yellow color with small head. Apple, grapefruit, marmelade, parfume and apple skin in the aroma. The taste is grainy, wheaty and sweetish with some champange character. Some soapy notes also, coriander perhaps. Quite unique flavor but I’d rather drink Blanche de Chambly. kp (8399), Woodstock, Georgia, USA
