Pours a hazy pale gold with a white head (looks like a wit). Wonderful aroma of fresh pear and apple. Medium to light bodied with fine spritzy but thin texture. Initial flavor of watered down belgian wheat malt that transitions to lots of apple mid palate. Moderate amount of sweetness. Apple carries through to the finish. Not bad, especially if you like apple. Could use a bit more heft in the body. Tastes like a cider and wit beer blend. goldbrew (99), USA

Obvious plenty of apple aroma. Sweetness at the finish. Great complement to an apple pie. Clearly not something to be a mainstay drinking beer but certainly a unique and good food pairing beer. Interesting brew. It certainly isn’t bad but it probably isn’t something I’ll buy again. riversideAK (2792), Shoreline, Washington, USA

Lots of yeasty chunky floating around too. Nice sour apple wheat aroma with some corriander too. Cider like qualities mixed with standard Wit beer characteristics. Sour apple flavor lingers along with some wheat.Super champagne bubbly. stoopsy99 (3), Norman, Oklahoma, USA does not count | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 13, 2007 Light, hazy pale straw colour. Pour is slight hazy pale yellow with a bunch of carbonation and a one inch white head. Aroma is green apples as soon as the bottle opens. Taste is light and refreshing, with an apple tartness to the finish. Also some citrus (lime / grapefruit) and sweetness throughout as well. A very light, nicely balanced, refreshing beer.
