Sep 13, 2007 12 oz bottle from Unibroue 8 bottle sampler. Pour is slight hazy pale yellow with a bunch of carbonation and a one inch white head. Aroma is green apples as soon as the bottle opens. Taste is light and refreshing, with an apple tartness to the finish. Also some citrus (lime / grapefruit) and sweetness throughout as well. A very light, nicely balanced, refreshing beer.

Sep 2, 2007 0.34 l bottle. Hazy yellow color with small head. Apple, grapefruit, marmelade, parfume and apple skin in the aroma. The taste is grainy, wheaty and sweetish with some champange character. Some soapy notes also, coriander perhaps. Quite unique flavor but I’d rather drink Blanche de Chambly.

Aug 25, 2007 Pours a crystal clear golden color into the fluted glass with a small, crispy fizzy head and almost no lacing. The scent was of tart apples and candied fruit. A very dry play on the palate with hints of sour apples. A very refreshing summer drink.
