The taste is not as overwhelming but still outstanding. A wonderful beer from a great brewery. Uglyradio (776), Greenville, South Carolina, USA

It has a big aroma of apples, yeast, coriander, and orannge. Medium body with lively carbonation and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel, this one goes down exceptionally well. The flavor is wonderfully balanced between the apples and coriander, with just a hint of orange. The finish is long and sweet with a big fruit burst of apples and a lingering coriander spiciness. What a fantastic beer, especially for these hot, summer months. obisbeer (558), Barcelona, Spain

Heady aroma of spiced apple and coriander. Very soft in the mouth with lingering ripe apple finish. Slight spice dance’s around the palate with no noticable alcohol. Some creaminess and a champange like acidity. Wonderful apertif KAggie97 (2477), Ugly, Hot, and Humid Spring, Texas, USA

Unibroue hasn’t made a bad beer yet; at least that I have had. This is just the right blend of sweet and sour. Had this at midnight on New Year’s Eve ’04-’05. Much better than champagne, and much easier to handle in the morning as well. SudsMcDuff (1705), was CapeTown,SA-now Houston, Texas, USA
