Nov 20, 2009 This beer is intimidating in its bottle. Triple fermentation! I’ve been eyeing this one for a while every time i was at the super market. Pours with plenty of carbonation in a cloudy brown haze. Aroma have hints of clove and banana. starts off bubbly and for a while i was thinking that i was drinking cider. slight hints of fresh wood and fruity tones. Complex and grainy as the wonderful laxer is swooshed around my mouth. The alcohol warms the throat making this beer a great slow sipping beer. This one will be purchase for special occasions.

Nov 20, 2009 Bottle. Pours slightly cloudy light gold with a thick white head that slowly dissipates. Aroma is full of fruit notes with banana, apple, peaches and sweet yeast notes as well. Flavor has similar notes, it begins a bet tart but sweetness quickly takes over. Nice and light on the tongue.

Nov 19, 2009 Pours a cloudy gold with a thick white head. Heavy carbonation. Aroma is musky. Tastes great. Very good beer.

Nov 17, 2009 Bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a thick white head. A little grainy at first, but opening up into some light pear, caramel, and hay notes. A faint light sourness at the start, more of a crisp acidity really. Honey, hay, and light fruit. Finishes dry and a bit sweet. The abv on here is hidden quite well.

Nov 15, 2009 Cloudy gold color. Citrus and spice flavors with a champagne-like flavor as well. Well-made and quite enjoyable.

Nov 9, 2009 750-ml bottle Marcello’s, Lafayette, LA - Aroma: orange, banana, lemon, spicey (ester); Appearance: hazy, pale golden, off-white head (disappears quickly), no laces; Flavor: sweet, salty (malt), orange, lemon, peppery (yeast), soft alcohol; Mouthfeel: light to medium bodied, slight creamy; Overall: nice balance of spicy, fruity, and alcohol aroma, and flavored beer. However, disappointing carbonation and head.

Nov 7, 2009 Great tasting beer. Tried in a bottle at Knoxville, TN Brewer’s Jam. Hazy, golden color with medium. Spicy flavor with great finish.
