dperrey (7), Durham, North Carolina, USA does not count Aug 2, 2009 2 small bottles, in tulip glass. Poured golden-orange with a little cloudiness. Head frothy and effervescent, leaving some lacing on the glass. Glorious smell, taste is quite overwhelming on first sip but further sampling gives rise to a very good yeasty, spicy triple. Very enjoyable beer. Bejaaamin (110), London, Ontario, Canada Aug 1, 2009 Golden straw, large fluffy head. Smell reminded me of a bakeshop i used to work in(go Cakewalkers!), yeasty, sweet spices, coriander, black pepper, baked bread, slight coconut? Nice flavors, nice mouthfeel. Very drinkable, light little bubbles. A happy drink. I believe this beer enjoys itself! Collint (450), Sylva, North Carolina, USA Jul 31, 2009 Bottle, pours a yellow golden orange beer with a massive head. Aroma is fruit and yeast. Just another tripel, very good though. vtafro (452), , New Jersey, USA Jul 31, 2009 Bottle. Very solid tripel /trippel/triple how ever you want to spell it . Great flavor and aroma. My favorite so far from this brewer. Will have again and definitely worth a try. Elwood (647), Leesburg, Virginia, USA Jul 28, 2009 12 oz. bottle. Pours a very hazy yellow orange with a huge, foamy white head. Yeast, hay, dust, light lemon, and some earth in the nose. High carbonation with a medium, slightly dry mouthfeel. Orange, dust, boozy citrus fruit, a little candy sweetness, and dried apricot on the palate. Very complex stuff. Medium-short finish. A little boozy, but it is quite delicious. A pleasure to drink and certainly one I will get more of. Barrios (852), Nashville, Tennessee, USA Jul 23, 2009 Pours a slightly hazy, golden body with an eggshell white head that has a fizzy ring and no lace. Smells of dried fruit and yeast. Flavor is spice, dried fruit, and yeast. Fine carbonation in the mouth, like champagne. brithen (3), Ontario, Canada does not count Jul 21, 2009 Very smooth drinking beer. I think I will be drinking more of this in the near future.
