May 18, 2009 Pours a hazy golden yellow with a fluffy white head. A sweet ripe fruit nose. Flavor is fruity malty and sweet. Medium body. Finishes with a little spice, very very light hops, and some sour notes on the tounge. An overall sweet flavored beer, with a good amount of alcohol content.

May 11, 2009 pours hazy orangeish gold color with a nice frothy head. smells like orange, clove, and yeast. tastes fruitty, sweet, and balanced well with the yeast. very good

May 9, 2009 Hazy golden-blond color, with huge booming faomy white head that stirried down. Yeasty, bread notes on the nose as well as bananas and some citrus scents. Rounded, full-bodied with yeasty flavors, liight citrus notes; grassy with a spicey clovieness. A very nice beer indeed. This has been one of my favorite triples.

May 8, 2009 23 oz bottle. Excellent, easy drinking Tripel. Nice carbonation and not overly spicy. Be careful though, at 9% it will get you.

May 3, 2009 At the World Beer Festibal in Raleigh NC this excellent tripel pours a dark cloudy yellow with lots of head. Aroma of yeast, fruit, wheat and spices. The flavor is everything you would expect from this outstanding beer - spicy, malty, yeasty. You won’t go wrong with this one.

May 2, 2009 Surpisingly, I have not tried too many Unibroue beers, but after enjoying this one, I will be trying them all. This Tripel is cloudy and the aroma is of spice and yeast. The flavors are bread, fruit, yeast and a small presence of spicy hoppiness. I am very impressed by this Belgian style beer. It is rare to get a beer of this syle outside of Belgium to taste authentic, and actually be as good or better than their Tripels. A very impressive beer. I now need to try Allagash to see how good they are.

Apr 30, 2009 Pours a hazy/wheaty pils color with less head than is usually expected from Unibroue beers. Reminds me quite a bit of their Don de Deue, but less smooth. There is much more spice and less wheat present here. Some rose/bubblegum/clove/banana in the aroma. Taste is very dry and spicy, but not overwhelmingly so.
