Dec 20, 2008 Thick white head with small bubbles, hazy and straw in color. Aroma is sour fruits, biscuity malts, alcohol. Flavor is faint sour fruits, white bread, green raisin, peppery spice. some of the alcohol is present but its welcome. Me liked it.

Dec 16, 2008 12oz twistoff bottle. Pours a cloudy haze of deep golden. Rich white creamy head. Small bubbles cascading to the surface releasing a fruity bouquet. Spicy and yeasty aroma. full body. Sweet flavor of light colored dried fruits, some alcohol, and a nice bit of of malt. Hints of golden raisin, biscuts, and rich grains all blended nicely. very well balanced. finishes with a welcoming alcohol presence. Cheers!

Dec 16, 2008 750ml bottle. Poured a cloudy golden color with lasting creamy head. The aromas were fruity with a slight hint of alcohol. A full bodied sweet and spice taste with moderate carbonation. Very perfectly balanced with many flavors dancing around.

Dec 13, 2008 Straw colored with thin white head. Aroma of citrus and hay. Medium body, malt flavor with lemon and grapefruit, dry hop finish. Nice one.

Dec 7, 2008 300 mL bottle. Pours a beautiful cloudy golden with a modest white head and some yeast particulate floaties. Nose is spice, orange peel, yeast, granny-smith apples. Initial taste shows how high the carbonation is in this tripel. Lots of yeast, bubblegum, citrus, cloves, and tropical fruit. Very smooth and creamy rather than watery and acidic. Alcohol is perfectly hidden. Refreshing, not too light, and awesome!

Dec 2, 2008 Abundance of spices, citrus, and yeast in the aroma and flavor. Pour great with a thick white head. Good hop touch. A bit more alcohol and it would be almost overwhelming. Almost.

Apperance: Hazy golden orange with a ok sized head. Very nice lacing!
Aroma: Tropcial fruits, Yeast, Cloves, Citric notes. Wonderful!
Flavor: Honey, Fruit (Apple, Pears, Bananas), Spices (Pepper!), Yeast.
Palate: Carbonation is at a medium level. Very nice balance and absolutely no trace of alcohol. Very impressive!
This is a favourite that i keep on coming back to again and again. Insanely drinkable for a 9% brew. Has the typical Unibroue yeast-character but if you can’t get past that, you’re missing out! Recommended++!
