Another solid offering from Unibroue. Pours a murky, cloudy light gold in color. Two fingers of head forms on the pour. Smell is highly yeasty, with some spice and a decent amount of lemon. Taste has actually quite a bit of yeast to it. There is more of the fruity overtones, with more than just the lemon flavor showing up. Decent mouthfeel and highly carbonated. Decent, but it’s not "The Don".

Very fruity and sweet, nice yellow color.This is one sweet and fruity beer, its good, but not that good. To me it takes like champagne.

Another wonderous beer from Unibroue. This breweryt can’t seem to make a bad beer. Had in bottle. At 9 % this is a bit steep. Can smell the alcohol, and the taste is strong and harsh. Aroma of fermenting fruit and alcohol. Yeasty and maltyt flavour is mixed among the stong 9 % abv flavour. Mouthfeel is unusual and completely standard for a unibroue beer. Wonderful beer overall.

Just like Duvel. The 10th beer I tried at beerfest. Wonderous flavor of yeast. Lite in power but packs a punch. Pretty Damn Good.

Had a very nice pour and aroma to it. The flavor was that of a fransizkaner just a little bit more intensity but still easily drinkable.

Appearance: Pours lightly hazy, golden-orange body with a smallish, white head. Smell: Fruit juice aroma smelling of pears, peaches, and pineapple -- really any fruit starting with ’p’ will do. Nicely spicy, hint of orange peel, too. Taste: Pale malts and a large portion of candi sugar quickly followed by a flavorful medley of fruit juices from the nose, plus a greater portion of banana. A counterbalance of spices, bitterish orange peel, and hops try to match the sugars present. Slight yeastiness throughout, maybe a bit of bagel dough. Finishes crisp and quite fruity. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Slight stickiness to the mouthfeel. Medium-high carbonation. Drinkability: So fruity! A delicate, delightful tripel.

A nice beer. A good clean taste, complex and not overwhelming. Underwhelming, perhaps, though worth appreciating. Good for a summer’s afternoon.

Pours with a murky golden color with a medium sized wide head that mostly diminishes after 1-2 minutes. A lot of fruit in the aroma - smells like apples, pineapples, oranges, lemon, and some honey. A little bit yeasty as well. A little bit of a dark fruit flavor with a sweet beginning, and it finishes off slightly bitter. I can taste all the fruits I mentioned in the aroma, as well as some grapes. A bread-like flavor is also prevalent. Medium palate with lively-fizzy carbonation. A really good beer! Was not expecting this to be this good!
