mgoy (343), Oak Brook, Illinois, USA Apr 18, 2008 Unibroue La Fin Du Monde is an orange beer with a small but everlasting creamy head. The aroms is very sweet with notes of fruit and hints of hops. The flavor is also very sweet with fruit and hints of alcohol. WIth many silimar aromas and flavors to a witbier, orane and corriander, I enjoyed this ale very much. lemasney (398), Trenton, New Jersey, USA Apr 17, 2008 Entry 99: Unibroue La Fin du Monde

Overall experience: 18 out of 20. I liked the flavors, visuals, aroma, and feeling of this beer very much. A very fitting 99th entry. spud1987 (46), Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA Apr 14, 2008 Part of a blind taste test with Don de Deu and Trois Pistoles. Liked this almost as much as Trois. The aroma was great, dried fruits, cloves, banana. Flavor was also good but not quite to the level of the Trois. Overall, a great beer. Enjoyit (1697), Vadum, Denmark Apr 14, 2008 Clear golden of color with a nice white foamy head. An aroma of spice, apricot, dried fruits and sweet hints. A flavor of sweets, spice and fresh fruits. lovemyipas (420), sw burbs, Illinois, USA Apr 14, 2008 pours a cloudy really dark yellow with a little orange tint to it, and a 11/2 finger bubbly off white head that disappears quickly. aroma is Belgian yeast, pineapple, and melon. also has a little lemon wheat to it. has a light to medium body with minimal lacing and good carbonation. flavor is the same as aroma. the Belgian yeast stays on the tongue for a bit and altogether not bad. also the 9% abv is well hidden. changeup45 (782), Orlando, Florida, USA Apr 13, 2008 Pours a somewhat cloudy, thick, blonde color. Nice sized head that does fizzle down quite a bit. That was disappointing. Strong aroma consisting of citrus bananas, cloves, vanilla and an overall strong alcohol presence. There’s a lot there. The mouthfeel is pretty full although something seems a bit off with a tangy, somewhat sour, very yeasty, citrus (oranges and bananas) flavor. There is an alcohol rush in there so you know it’s 9%. I’ve had other Tripels recently that are better, Karmeliet and Chimay Cinq Cents come to mind, but this is pretty good. BeerEssential (96), Massachusetts, USA Apr 11, 2008 Nice cloudy yellow-orange with a generous white head that settles down to a 1 cm thick layer. Scent is spicy, fruity and crisp. Not over carbonated. Not much bitterness in the taste, very clean finish. Subtle spicy, citrusy flavours. The 9% ABV is not noticeable, making for an easy drink. Refreshing and nice. wilderthanyou (410), Guelph, Ontario, Canada Apr 10, 2008 Pours a hazy straw yellow with a big white head that quickly dissapears into nothing. Aroma isn’t anything special, lightly sweet fruit notes and some spicey notes. The flavour is pretty decent, the yeast is pretty straight forward, with some fruity and spicey notes, it strangely enough goes quit good with black jelly beans.
