Unibroue La Fin Du Monde

Copper in color with a pretty good head. Aroma has fruit, spices, and yeast. Taste has fruitiness and different spices. Smooth and easy to drink.

A beautiful beer with loads of flavour that sips nicely despite the higher alcohol. I could just sit on this all night and sip at it, each mouth full is as good as the last. The aroma is quite complex with, fruit and spice that flows through to the palate.

tried this with the maudite. Not bad though. THe aroma wasnt great, just liek the maudite, but the body was nice and the flavor was smooth to drink.

Bottle (355ml). Poured a hazy orangey cold with small chunks of sediment and a dense frothy head which was mostly lasting. Aroma was of yeast, dough, orange zest cinnamon coriander and some cloves. Flavor was of bready yeast with a mild bitterness, some orange zest, cinnamon, coriander, cloves (mild) and a spicy finish (light). Full bodied with soft carbonation, creamy/dry mouthfeel and a long finish.

Dark golden and cloucy with a frothy white head. Spicy clove and citrus aromas. Tastes of clove with a mild hop bitterness. Has citrus and some sweet honey in th taste as well.

Pours cloudy golden color with white head. Bready aroma with fruits and Unibroue yeast. Taste is sweet and spicy. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation typical of a Unibroue beer. Another quality beer from this brewery.

Dark yellow colored with hazy appearance. Huge white head. Rich spiced and yeasty aroma, some licorice and orange here also with some added sugar note, man this is good aroma. Medium bodied, surprisingly watery palate. After excellent aroma flavor is rather thin with still spices and dry hops, aftertaste turns to dry and fruity with mild alcohol.

Strong aromas, pours darker than I would have expectd from a tripel. Cloves, raisins, a little bit of bitterness trying hard to balance the rest of the stuff. It’s good, just not my cup of beer.
