Pours a nice golden color with a normal head. The aroma is wonderful with a strong citrus like feel. The flavor is soothing with a bit of, again, citrus and a wheat beer like effect.

aroma of fruit, malts and banana...honey color with a fizzy big white head....taste of light spice and bitter green apples....malty without a thick filling feeling...crisp finish...I keep on going back to green apples.....I LIKE IT

12 oz. bottle poured into trappist glass- poured transparent golden, medium carbonation, white head quietly bubbled away. Aroma of yeast with malt and hops in the background. Hits the mouth with a medium body, notes of malts and sweetness throughout, finish fades away. Alcohol is well hidden. Bit of a let down however.

Bottle. Sweet yeasty aroma with strong candy sugar and spice (corianderish). Golden body with medium-strong carbonation and a large, rocky, excitable white head. Taste is sweet and malty, dries out significantly and finishes dry and yeasty, a touch of cobweb in there but otherwise riddled by fruitiness and pervasive white pepper. Nice floral hoppiness, really a part of the whole. Medium body but stylish and slashing, just crisp enough to be interesting, with lots and lots of bubbles. Well-hidden alcohol with just a subtle, slow-coming warmth. A classy classic!

Hazy pale yellow. Small wispy head. Soft and yeasty. I would agree with the description of it being a blonde style ale, because it’s a bit light for the tripel style. Yeasty bread, light banana, a bit of sour fruit. Almost reminds me of a wheat beer, due to the light graininess of it. Overall good, but not my favorite Unibroue beer.

Pours a golden honey with very little head. White lacing. Aroma is yeast, cloves and citrus fruit. Body is fairly light with flavors of yeast, apple cider and a bit of spice to finish. It is quite smooth considering the 9 percent.

Smells a lot like champaign with some hops. Pretty looking. Murky deep yellow with a white head that has excellent lacing. Taste is okay, but a bit off in the finish (don’t like, what appears to be a peppery spice/apple taste). Finish has an alcoholic touch to it. Good, but not as good as I expected.

12 oz bottle. Wow. Body is hazy, cloudy orange with stuff floating around. The aroma is minimal. The taste is great, so smooth considering the 9%. Unreal. Hid it really well.
