Malty and fruity aroma of apricot, banana, coriander and blackberries. Fruity flavour of lemon, apricot, pear yeast and spices. Yeasty and quite dry wheaty finish. Superb balance as usual from Unibroue. BMan1113VR (2940), Los Angeles (and Dallas), Texas, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jan 10, 2008 Smells a lot like champaign with some hops. Pretty looking. Murky deep yellow with a white head that has excellent lacing. Taste is okay, but a bit off in the finish (don’t like, what appears to be a peppery spice/apple taste). Finish has an alcoholic touch to it. Good, but not as good as I expected. bb (2930), Martinez, California, USA

Sweet malt aroma with some cansy and spice. Banana and spice flavor with some malt underneath. Touch of fruitiness (peach?). VERY dry finish. Hides alcohol well. Honey tones. Much better when it warms a bit. beerbuzzmontreal (2921), Montreal, Quebec, Canada
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 6, 2004 Pours with a thick head that collapses fast. Nice blonde color with some carbonation. Interesting aroma of banana and citrus. Mild bitterness followed by a sweet citrus flavor. Maybe some pepper or spicy notes also. Very smooth and enjoyable. skortila (2913), Bunnik, Netherlands
| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Oct 28, 2003 Malty, cheesy and spicy aroma. Cloudy, yellow/orange coloured with a large head. This tripel is less sweet than the 'Eau Benite' and more spicy. A bit sweet and very spicy taste quite cheesy. Very full taste. Alcohol is well masked. Smooth palate. Lovely brew. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 26, 2003 This beer is a hazy yellow color with a medium thick white head. Not very much head retention, and thin lacing. Aroma is yeasty and spicy. Rather light-bodied and bubbly, with flavors of spice, hops, citrus and vanilla. The finish is light and crisp with a hint of alcohol. This is a pretty good Tripel. Glouglouburp (2877), Montreal, Quebec, Canada
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 2, 2006 Updated: Aug 18, 2009341ml bottle. Cloudy blonde with a fluffy head that quickly turns into a ring with good lacing. Aroma of a very strong witbier. Citrus, orange zest and coriander along with the signature Unibroue yeast. Not the type of belgian tripel with well hidden alcohol. This is a 9% abv that tastes every percent of it. Strong but surprisingly refreshing because of its witbier side. "Fin du Monde" translates to "End of the World" and if that’s what the End of the World tastes like then I pledge my allegiance to George W. Bush who is working very hard on taking us to the Third World War. DougShoemaker (2856), Toronto, Canada
