Flowery aroma, slight citrus taste that goes down smooth. Very easy drinking for a 9% beer.

Pours a hazy gold color, with an incredibly effervescent carbonation driven thick off white head. Aromas of garden fresh vegetables, spicy yeast, cider, and blooming fields of wild-flowers, all waft from my glass. I am greeted by a refreshing, spicy, sweet first draught of this effervescent brew. It tingles on my tongue as it goes down. An incredibly smooth, well integrated brew, it just seems to want to be quaffed, which, is quite dangerous given a beer of this strength. La Fin Du Monde indeed!

Quite appropriately this is sharp and spicy at various points. I get note of hay, bergamot, hint of pepper, lemon, an herbal bite, and some vanilla. Overall it definitely has some interesting soft citrus notes as well as some appetizing acidity. This is an awesome brew from a currently great brewery, let’s hope it stays that way.

If this is what the end of the world is like, I say, "Bring on Armageddon." Heavenly concotion, one I plan to be drinking during the Endtimes, should the occasion arrive during my lifetime.

BCA (Nov 08). Sweet malts and strong alcohol dont help the spicy yeast and citrus flavours. But the initial floral honey flavours to the malt are pretty good, unfortunately these fade into obscurity after the onslaught of sweet alcohol.

Cloudy Gold Coloring. Small Head. Fruity...reminded me of Pyramid Apricot Ale for that flavor... Yeast. Definitly a good beer, but hoped for more.

Bottle (33 cl). Pours clody deep golden, almost orange. Spicy aroma with notes of hay and honey, and a yeasty touch, of course. Well carbonated. The finish is too sweet, unbalanced and alcoholic for my taste.

acidic, yeasty nose. Murky orange, medium fluffy head. Fizzy carbonation. Alcohol, vanilla, yeast and banana in taste. Slightly peppery. Fullmouth - smooth - suprisingly if you see how fizzy it is. Yummie

12oz twistoff bottle. Pours a cloudy haze of deep golden. Rich white creamy head. Small bubbles cascading to the surface releasing a fruity bouquet. Spicy and yeasty aroma. full body. Sweet flavor of light colored dried fruits, some alcohol, and a nice bit of of malt. Hints of golden raisin, biscuts, and rich grains all blended nicely. very well balanced. finishes with a welcoming alcohol presence. Cheers!
