Aroma is very yeasty, with strong citrus and spice notes. Taste is like a sweet citrus explosion. Corriander, cloves, brown sugar, and yeast are all very prominent. Very effervescent on the tongue. Only downfall is the sweetness, which is excessive in my opinion. Syrupy body makes for a heavy drink. Very similar to the Chimay Blanche. Spiesy (2333), Global Citizen, Greater London, England
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 5, 2004 Bottled. Hazy golden colour, with a white lacy head. Fruity, yeasty, bread’y aroma. Slightly sweet but pineapple flavour. Likes the complexity and richness that we know a triple can attain. This bottle was bought in Bordeaux. Walt (2289), Chicago, Illinois, USA

| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | Jul 31, 2002 A cloudy, pale gold in appearance. It had a large, frothy white head and lots of champagne-like bubbles. It reminded me somewhat of a white beer. Its taste is slightly sweet & fruity. I found it to be very enjoyable. BUt I liked this one, even stronger. shigadeyo (2263), Harrison, Ohio, USA

5/12/2007: Unibroue La Fin Du Monde has a hazy yellow color with a large, fluffy white head. The aroma and flavor contain pale malts, fruit (apple, citrus), and some spicy notes. This beer also tastes stong, but the alcohol stays well-hidden. This beer is medium-light in body with a generous level of carbonation and thus a lively mouthfeel. Unibroue makes some fantastic beers and this is just one of them from their respectable repertoire!
Sampled from a 750 ml corked and caged bottle (9% ABV). alexanderj (2263), Chino Hills, California, USA

Bottle, poured a clear orange and gold, with a thick white head. Aroma of yeast, spice, fruit, and banana. Flavor was much of the same, with some alcohol and sweetness. Very enjoyable.
