Very nice! Sweet yeasty aroma. Dark golden opaque colour. Very yeasty flavour, some malt. But I have to tell you, I couldn't really notice the 9% alcoholic content.

Bottle. A lasting, white cream head over an unclear, golden brown colored body. Fresh acidulous fruity and fresh yeasty aroma with bubblegum, citrus and perfume. Taste is semi-dry crisp malts, acidulous fruits and mild spices. Good body. Clean and crisp in the mouth. Acidic-bitter end. A wonderful Tripel.

Twist-off cap removal yielded a lively release. This is one of the better looking Triples in a glass; the dense and creamy foam never relents. Huge aroma full of ginger, peach, pepper, vanilla, mango, green olive, lemon zest, wood, and some toastines; there are also some subtle phenolic hints. Medium-full palate with yeasty softness. Moderately complex flavors of anise, peach, zucchini bread, honey, white grape, kiwi, and black pepper. Perhaps this boasts more tropical fruitinesss than any other Triple I have experienced. Finishes with tea notes and subtle hop leaf bitterness. Readily availablity always makes this a mainstay at my home.

Nice golden yellow cloudy appearance. Pleasant malty aroma. First sip is alcohol and yeast. A very powerful beer. It remains yeasty and malty. This is a very good beer, but its definitely hard to drink more than one. Probably would not pair well with food. wow.

Lightly hazy golden color with a fizzy head that disappears quickly. Aroma is very spicy and peppery with some white grape and banana hints. Taste delivers everything on the aroma - banana, white grape, clove spiciness and pepper aspects along with smooth malt flavor and light Belgium yeast. The mouthfeel is lighter than most tripels and has very sharp carbonation. It detracts a bit from the flavor, but not much. Finish is a bit on the sour side that lingers along with the spices. Further down the banana and clove aspects come to the front much like the Don de Dieu - the finish also mellows from the sourness to an earthly Belgium yeast feel. A very nice beer from a consistant brewery.

Murky yellow colour, little bit of alcohol taste to it. Coriander, cloves and other spices present in the taste. Tastes a bit like a belgian white beer.
