Nose is cloves, yeast and fruit bubblegum. Taste is tangy citrus, spicy Belgian yeast and a souring finish that fades into sweet fruits again. Medium mouth feel. Pours a nice hazy light orange with a medium head and medium to high carbonation. Aroma: is very earthy and yeasty, light amount of tart citrus. Taste is tart citrus, earthy yeast, some notes of bread, with a very clean finish. The body/texture is slightly watery but this is a dangerously drinkable tripel, well made.
