| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 26, 2005 Bottle at Charlie’s Beer, Montpellier. Hazy blonde, with very little head. Sweet, lemony aroma. Like a citric wit, but with a real bite to finish. Sharp and simultaneously sweet alcohol, which lingers. I like the beginning, and I like it overall, but for me, the strength detracts from a good start and flavour. Kevin (1918), Colorado, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | Jul 20, 2004 bottle. pours a cloudy yellow orange with a lasting creamy head. one word comes to mind when i smell this, Grapefruit. taste is nice, creamy with an overall hop profile, taste like orange juice and vanilla ice cream, which i like. finish has some malt but overall keeps a fruity creamy taste. damn i used a lot of verbs here, "but i am what i am", to quote popeye using corect english or something. | 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Mar 15, 2006 Bottle, Beers of Europe. Pours a fairly cloudy gold. Quite spritzy carbonation and a decent sized head. Aroma is sweet and fruity (citrus) with a touch of spice. To taste this is primarily fruity and sweet malt, rounded yeasty character and spiciness. Not much hop character or bitterness. A fine example of the style. frankenkitty (1903), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 24, 2004 Almondy, spicey, alcohol is present, but isn't bad at all. Was a pretty good beer, had this towards the end up the nights tasting. Worth another try as the first beer of the evening.
