12 oz. bottle. Best before 6/12/06, enjoyed on 11/7/05. Pours a murky, pale yellow/orange with a medium sized, fizzy, white head. Mostly diminishing. Aroma is banana, orange, lemon and cloves. The flavor is very refreshing, oranges, apricots and bananas. The lively carbonation bites the tongue on the finish. Alcohol is very well hidden. Tripels aren’t my favorite style, but this one was quite enjoyable.

12 ounce bottle served in a Duvel glass. Gusher. Pretty clear golden color with a fizzy white head. Aroma of alcohol, herbs and spice, sugar. The flavor is pretty alcoholic with a long burn. Sweet lemony flavor. Maybe too sweet. High carbonation. Not something I will seek out again.

Tasty. Full fluffy head. Darkish color, taste of yeast and banana. Alcohol is noted but pleasant. Some spice notes. Very good beer.8/4/7/4/16
12 oz. bottle. Deep straw colored with just a slight haze, probably would have been clear if not for the pre-agitation in my backpack. Enormous white head with a careful and gentle pour. Sheets of lacing. Aroma is pleasant, spicey, slightly earthen tone, bits of musty, herbal. Body is light with a pleasant uplifting carbonation. Taste is quite pleasant. Slightly sweetish up front, then shifting to a herbal/earthy taste. Ample bitterness balances out the finish, slightly lingering. Really a pleasant beer, well crafted. Worth the re-rate and bump up in score.

Another quality beer from Unibroue. Big, yeasty and belgian with a nutty and fruity smell and flavor. This is a good brewery.

12oz bottle. Hazy, golden banana hue. Large white head. Banana, clove and ginger nose. Yeasty and bready head aroma. Floral and perfumy. Smooth full and slick. Alcohol burn is slight. Initial is smooth with caramel and cola notes. Then into a grainy and citrus and dry perfumy middle. The finish is cloying and sweet. Tongue tingling.

75 cl bottle at Hopheads´ tasting 30.01.09 (Trygve). Golden orange color, fine white head. Aroma is spicy and yeasty, fruity. Flavor is the same, with sweet malt and a hint of sourness. Lovely.

Clear golden of color with a nice white foamy head. An aroma of spice, apricot, dried fruits and sweet hints. A flavor of sweets, spice and fresh fruits.
