Aroma is light and fruity. Some bits of florals and spice. Flavor presents a little bit of yeast and typical spices. Light fruitiness and hints of apple. Not real intense, other than the heavy carbonation. Just wasn’t feeling this one. Enjoyit (1712), Vadum, Denmark

| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Mar 16, 2002 A fine trippel aroma much like Chimay Premiere, my favored Chimay. Spicy, heathery, Bretty, subdued citrus, complex fruit acids, semi-dry, zesty, alcohol piquant. It’s much better when I shake out some effervescence and it becomes a bit more yeasty, sweeter. An excellent fruitier remix of Chimay Premiere, the best of the Chimays. daniele (1703), Italy
