| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jan 5, 2005 Cloudy blonde colour. Very Belgian in style. Reminded me of those strong Belgian blondes like Duvel.and Piraat. Fruity flavour. The alcohol is noticeable, but nor overpowering. Slips down dangerously easily for a big beer. Definitely the best Canadian beer I’ve had to date. Mind you it only had Sleeman Silver Creek Lager and Quidi Vidi Honey Brown to beat. Bottled at the Green Leafe Cafe Williamsburg.

Flavours are fruity - mainly oranges with an orange zest bitterness. Some spices, too. This is a well balanced and interesting beer. A good end to the world. ChristianScheffel (4679), Odense, Denmark
