Bottled, July 2007, 4.1: Intens fruity aroma, apricot, yellow ripe apples, pinapple. Also a maltsweet aroma and lightly spiced. Hazy, dark yellow color, off-white head, good lace. Very flavorful, very sweet, very fruity, several spices but not storng, yellow apples, pineapple, cookie dough. Very sticky mouthfeel. Bottled, April 2004, 3.6: Very fruity apple aroma. Little hazy, golden/yellow color, white head, good lace. Sweet, very fruity, apple, well balanced but lacks some complexity, little alcohol burn.

Hazy golden orange color with white wispy head. Aroma is full of citrus notes with cheese and yeast background. Flavor is well balanced, slightly tart with lots of spiciness. I really liked this one as it was very easy to drink.

Cloudy blonde colour. Very Belgian in style. Reminded me of those strong Belgian blondes like Duvel.and Piraat. Fruity flavour. The alcohol is noticeable, but nor overpowering. Slips down dangerously easily for a big beer. Definitely the best Canadian beer I’ve had to date. Mind you it only had Sleeman Silver Creek Lager and Quidi Vidi Honey Brown to beat. Bottled at the Green Leafe Cafe Williamsburg.

Cloudy orange in appearance. Aromas are oranges, lemons and spice. Flavours are fruity - mainly oranges with an orange zest bitterness. Some spices, too. This is a well balanced and interesting beer. A good end to the world.

Yellow with a small white head. Exotic fruit aroma, some mango and some pineapple. Dry yeast-dominated flavour. Tasty, and not cloying like tripels often are to me.
