Again, for a 9% alc. beer, the flavor is extremely smooth. fdoyon99 (3), Quebec, Canada does not count | 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | Nov 26, 2001 Another great product by Unibroue !
I may not have all the fancy vocabulary like some beer experts on this site, but I can tell you that this beer is GOOD.

Flavor is very nice. Very spicy and yeasty, plenty of hints of banana and citrus. Nice texture, pleasingly full. Very yeasty, gives a nice sensation of chewing it as it goes down. Yum. | 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | Jan 4, 2004 Creamy golden color, somewhat like a hefe. Nice firm head. Sickenly sweet aroma. Nice gentle combination of malts and fruity tastes, although a tad sweet on the tongue. Wonderful aftertaste. If you like hefeweissen, try this too. Nate (2555), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA
| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Apr 9, 2003 Sweet, honey like aroma, musky. Light wheat/yeast profile with citrus. Vapory. Low hops. Sour cherry aroma after pouring sediment. Nice white foamy lacing head atop slightly cloudy butterscotch-orange liquid. Medium effervescence - light on the tongue. Medium silky watery body. Lightly sweet but it sticks with you in the finish and after. Citrus, wheat, yeast and small pleasant bitterness. Fruity sweet in the back of the throat. A little alcohol. A little more bitterness after pouring sediment. Nice beer. softale (188), Michigan, USA
| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | Sep 23, 2002 Cloudy golden appearance. Huge Belgian head typical of this style. Complex aroma with some citrus qualities and some spice and just a little bit of mustiness thrown in for good measure. 9% ABV is hidden very well, I’m enjoying this 750 ml bottle. Let this one warm to about 55 degrees and it is perfect! Very nice job Unibroue! BigBastard (668), L.A., California, USA
| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Feb 12, 2004 Looks like a yellow and hazy hefeweizen. I could taste the alcohol right up front, with some sweet ripe fruit (banana, apple, figs) and a light wheat finish. dannyboydwp (48), San Antonio, Texas, USA
