Has a great mouthfeel, taste is the perfect amount of candy sweetness and yeastiness, the 9% alc can be felt but not tasted. A very refreshing strong beer, a staple in my rotation. Krausen (102), USA

Poured hazy orange into the glass with a dense persistent head. The aroma reminds me of when I used to wake up at 5 am to make pizza dough for the local pizza place. Soft bannana ester and spicy character with a slighlty sweet (honey) flavor. Full body with a crisp bitter finish rounds out this fantastic beer. Quevillon (1537), Sainte-Thérèse, Quebec, Canada

This is a real good beer for meal preparation. The flavor is a little bit spicy and a little bit tasting like dried fruit. This was the first Unibroue beer I drank. Good color from the start, with a frothy almost meringue like head. Lots of alcohol flavor on the front, but its impact subsides. whateveralesme (22), Columbia, Missouri, USA

Poured a rich, wheat-golden with thick white head. Very cloudy. A yeasty, full flavour with hints of bread and butter. Enough alcohol on the finish to warm you up a little. For 9%, extremely easy to drink. Highly recommended, definitely the highlight of the night.
Edit: Well more than half a year on, every time I try it, I never expect it to be as good as I remember. It always is.
