Lovely hazy light gold, big head that slowly fades. Aroma of orange, a hint of clove, and other spices, with the traditional Unibroue yeast. Flavor matches, complex yet approachable. This is a very well done example of the style. Cletus (5057), Connecticut, USA

Came off too sweet for me, I think to taste proper it has to be aged for a long time, but one would have to age it themselves. Still a very good sweet beer, almost like a hefeweizen with more of a sugar taste on top. Doesn’t taste at all like there’s alcohol in it.. chilehead (186), Laguna Niguel, California, USA
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | Sep 23, 2005 Pours opaque amber wih a moderate head. Aroma is strong with cloves, bananas, cinnamon and other spices. Mouth feel is excellent, very full and rich while not feeling heavy. Carbonation bubbles are very small, like a champagne. Taste is complex and interesting. Overall intensity is stronger than most belgian style tripels I’ve had. A good example of the Belgian style. mbeem (104), New Hope, Alabama, USA

Large rocky head that emits a nice malt/spicy aroma with hints of yeast. Clove, and coriand in taste. The sweet, alcohol finish is very pleasant. pinkandgeek (26), USA

Those Canadians have hit the nail on the head with this clean, smooth beer. It pours a cloudy gold with a beautiful off-white head that billowed up in the glass. The head settles quickly into a ring that does its best to cling to the glass. I have had this beer several times, and sometimes it laces beautifully, other times there is barely any. But, at the end of this glass you are left with a clean beer that displays light maltiness to round out the flavor. thejon375 (392), Tampa, Florida, USA
