Surprised that I hadn’t rated this one yet. Lovely hazy light gold, big head that slowly fades. Aroma of orange, a hint of clove, and other spices, with the traditional Unibroue yeast. Flavor matches, complex yet approachable. This is a very well done example of the style.

Pours cloudy yellow/amber with a small head. Tastes of bananas and coriander. Yet another great beer from this great brewer.

750mL bottle. Came off too sweet for me, I think to taste proper it has to be aged for a long time, but one would have to age it themselves. Still a very good sweet beer, almost like a hefeweizen with more of a sugar taste on top. Doesn’t taste at all like there’s alcohol in it..

Pours opaque amber wih a moderate head. Aroma is strong with cloves, bananas, cinnamon and other spices. Mouth feel is excellent, very full and rich while not feeling heavy. Carbonation bubbles are very small, like a champagne. Taste is complex and interesting. Overall intensity is stronger than most belgian style tripels I’ve had. A good example of the Belgian style.

Another winner from Unibroue. Pours a cloudy gold color into the glass. Large rocky head that emits a nice malt/spicy aroma with hints of yeast. Clove, and coriand in taste. The sweet, alcohol finish is very pleasant.

A lovely Belgian Blonde, oh wait this beer is from Canada. Those Canadians have hit the nail on the head with this clean, smooth beer. It pours a cloudy gold with a beautiful off-white head that billowed up in the glass. The head settles quickly into a ring that does its best to cling to the glass. I have had this beer several times, and sometimes it laces beautifully, other times there is barely any. But, at the end of this glass you are left with a clean beer that displays light maltiness to round out the flavor.

Another great beer from Unibroue. Similar to a belgian. Great fruity flavor with excellent finish. I could drink this all day every day.

This beer is an experience. Pours a hazy gold with a lively head and active carbonation. The smell is ripe with fruit, yeast and spice. The taste is tart and refreshing at the same time.
