I thought that this was an excellent example of the style. Pours with a bright gold color and has slow bubbles. There is a large white head that turns to a small head with time. The aroma is peaches, oranges and ginger. After this warms up I also smell carrots. The taste is peaches and cinnamon. Has a spicy ginger finish. The carbonation is soft in the mouth. This is my favorite Unibroue.

A most enjoyable light-colored beer with good somewhat fruity tones. It"s so good I"ve gone out of my way to get it.

Pale yellow color, very frothy head and effervescent carbonation. Nice, light taste despite the 9% alcohol. An excellent beer.

Carbonation bubbles rise like a whirlwind from the bottom of the glass. Aroma is reminiscent of citruses and a little bit of spice, and the flavor is very complex, with some tangy and sour notes prevailing over everything. Hides the alcohol well - very good.

Pours a slightly hazy blonde color, with a generous white head that lasts. Yeasty, citrusy aroma. Perfectly balanced, with hints of clove, banana, orange and yeast. A nice sweetness prevails throughout, and the 9% alcohol content is hidden well. Yet another feather in the cap for the folks at Unibroue.

Lighter then other Unibroue's, La Fine Du Monde is another excellent brew.

a delightful fruity smell with the taste of spices and sweetness. I enjoy it perfiously especially since the 9% alocohol gives you that needed kick.
