Surpisingly, I have not tried too many Unibroue beers, but after enjoying this one, I will be trying them all. This Tripel is cloudy and the aroma is of spice and yeast. The flavors are bread, fruit, yeast and a small presence of spicy hoppiness. I am very impressed by this Belgian style beer. It is rare to get a beer of this syle outside of Belgium to taste authentic, and actually be as good or better than their Tripels. A very impressive beer. I now need to try Allagash to see how good they are.

a delightful fruity smell with the taste of spices and sweetness. I enjoy it perfiously especially since the 9% alocohol gives you that needed kick.

12oz bottle, served in a tulip. Pours with a huge, gigantic, enormous, larger than life fluffy white head. Takes about 15 minutes to finally get all of the beer in the glass, then another 5 or so for the head to settle enough to drink. Golden body with a very lively carbonation display. Sheets of white lacing cling to the sides of the glass. Aromas of funky yeasts, candied sugars, peaches, pears, spices. Flavors of peaches, sugars, sweet malts, spices, and some sour notes. Palate is slightly sticky but not overdone. Light to medium bodied on the tongue, finishes slightly dry, sweet and silky smooth. the alcohol is very well hidden, and as a result makes this beer dangerously drinkable. Excellent.

Complexa e bem balanceada, tanto no aroma, quanto no paladar. Álcool presente, porém muito bem inserido, de forma moderada, sem tornar-se desgradável. Coloração dourada, turva. Retrogosto marcante. Notas cítricas, de floral, de madeira e um leve adocicado, possivelmente caramelo. Creme legal. Carbonatação um pouco excessiva. Excelente cerveja.

750 ml bottle into a goblet. Pours a light gold with thick but rapidly diminishing white head. Aroma is dominated by tropical fruits and light spice. Phenolic, spicy taste with some hop bitterness. Finishes very dry and refreshing.

Very nice! A beautiful and well made beer. A nice spicy and yeasty aroma. The flavours pack quite a punch. Wonderful yeasty, corriander and fruity levels of taste backed by the alcohol taste at the end. There are so many levels of taste on the tongue and scents for the nose that it really is a feast for the senses. I do have a weakness for Unibroue beers though.

Pours out a cloudy yellow with a decent white head. Aroma is fruity and the taste is the same, and some spices are present. Very smooth mouthfeel and easy drinking. The 9% alcohol is very well masked.

Incredible beer from Unibroue. When you live in a state with backwards liquor laws like PA, and you have to buy cases of beer, because the nearest bottle shop is either across state lines or over an hour drive, its beers like this that make you happy duriing "blind buys". The tripel smell is present here, notes of honey/sugar and cloves are very present on it. Pour is a nice hazy tripel yellow with a nice foam head. Tastes : Delicious. Very good version of a tripel, refreshingly sweet. Has a great overall presentation, and a fantastic aftertaste. This is one beer that will always have a place in my home.
