Cloudy yellow color. Smelled of sweet spice, tasted of sweet celery, nice finish. fuchebu (146), Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA

It has a similar nuance to other Unibroue beers that seems to come from yeast. A Quebecois Belgian style triple perhaps. belgianhomebrew (646), Acworth, Georgia, USA

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jan 7, 2004 Slightly hazy golden-blonde colour with a moderate white head. Aroma is peppery, yeasty and a little citric. Firm, complex flavour with notes of yeast, oranges, pepper, malt, caramel and spices. Hides its alcohol content very well indeed. Compared to some of Unibroue's more "exotic" offerings, like Terrible and 10 and 11, it may seem simple, but there's a lot of good things going on in this beer. hoorayforbeer (105), Denton, Texas, USA

Very fruity (apple, orange) and yeasty aroma with witbier-like, peppery and flowery spiciness. Extremely fruity, yeasty and peppery-orangey, acidic flavor. Bitter, flowery-hoppy and peppery finish. ABV is very well hidden. Medium-bodied palate with foamy carbonation. A very easily drinkable and refreshing, tasty tripel. BillyM (149), St. Louis, Missouri, USA
