One of my most favorite beer. A must for those who like triples. Avery drinkable beer for the ABV.

This was the beer that pushed me to seek more of the same. It pours a beautiful cloudy golden with a fine bubbly head. Aroma is striking. Flavors are complex and exquisite that bite you at teh back of the mouth. Definitely a beer fit for the Last Days!

This is wonderful beer. Its muddy gold appearance and grey sediment doesn’t do it justice. The aroma is multi-faceted: carrot, salt, butter, soft cheese, yeast, honey, treacle tart. Something new every time you go back to your glass. Taste is sweet, yeasty, sour, leathery, fruity. Banana, creme caramel, malt: the pleasures are endless. As I rate I still have another three centimetres to enjoy...

Pours an orange yellow with nice carbonation. Smells of fruit and yeast. Flavor is fruity with nice mouthfeel. Hides the alcohol. I really enjoy this beer. I’m sure it isn’t the best example of a tripel but it tastes very good.

Presentation: It was poured from a 750ml bottle that is corked and caged into a chalice. It has a hazy body with a light golden amber color with a pale orange hue. The head is smooth, thick and creamy with good retention. It has a creamy off white color and it leaves behind soft lacing as it is slowly sipped down to the bottom of the glass. The aroma is full and fruity. There is sweet orange citrus and spicy character with a big hit of yeast and tropical fruits like pineapple. It has a sweet rich and fruity malt and yeast flavor up front. Tropical fruit like pineapple and guava are noted. Soft spices come out and the alcohol starts to warm things up. Hops add a light citrus and leafy flavor before the yeast comes back out and turns powdery and slightly dry in the slow lingering finish. The texture is smooth and creamy with perfect carbonation for the medium body. Outstanding and wonderfully complex with great drinkability.

The pour is a hazy golden color with a nice fluffy white head. The smell is very floral with hints of fruits, mostly citrus. Also a bit of buttered biscuits as well. The taste is initially a mix of tropical fruit with slight floral hints coming through. There is also the presence of cloves and other spices I can’t put a finger on. The finish is a blend of yeast that is warmed very slightly by the alcohol. The mouthfeel is light and pleasantly light and fizzy. This is an amazing brew overall. Very complex smells and flavors are found with every sip. Even towards the end of the glass I struggle to connect what I am tasting to other tastes and smells so I’m just going to give up and simply say that this is an excellent example of a tripel that I would gladly have any time. 23 oz bottle. Excellent, easy drinking Tripel. Nice carbonation and not overly spicy. Be careful though, at 9% it will get you.

Poors cloudy orange, with one-finger of white head. Aroma is fruit and spice and unfiltered yeast. Mouth feel is effervescent and complex. Wonderful. Starts with citrus and spice, with subtlety sour yeast and tart lemon. Excellent Tripel.
