A great surprise when visiting Quebec. I spotted it and asked for one with out knowing what it was, Great color, depth of taste...Can taste like alcohol if it hits you just right, but overall a great ale!

Another winner from Uniqbroue. Several delicate flavors to be found through the thick head of this wonderful triple. The namer refers to Quebec(pictured on the label) as the end of the world, and as far as beligan ales outside of belgium, I must agree.

This is probably my favorite Unibroue, if not my favorite beer. Pours a hazy golden color with a prominent head. Aroma is complex, tangy, citrusy. Flavor is like the aroma - with a dose of spiciness and sweetness. Mouthfeel is incredibly refreshing, carbonated, yet smooth. I buy this one fairly frequently, and it’s well worth the money.

750 ml bottle. pours hazy yellow with an apple ciderish look to it. big fluffy white head. aromas are mainly of yeast with some maltyness. big yeasty flavours with a good amount of sweetness. the 9% abv is undetectable. this is a high quality brew and is esspecially flavourful just cooler then room temp. the hops remind me of tropical fruit and hit you upside the head with wonderfulness. really nice to sit an sip. a classic example of the style. buy some before i get the rest.

Drank this one on a very hot and steamy Tokyo Afternoon in a dark bar in the suburb of Shimokitazawa. Was surprised to note the high Alc. content on reading the label as it slipped down quite easily. Couldnt really tell what the colour was like as the bar was dimly lit but got a strong fruity-malt flavor from this. Had a second bottle of this and liked it just as much. Keen to try more from the Unibroue outfit, this really is an impressive brew.

I would like to say that this is my favorite beer right now. It is so refreshing in the summertime. It is a nice cloudy gold on the eye and a beautiful fruity smell with strong scents of banana and hints of clove and apple. It tastes much like the smell with a mild finish that gives it a refreshing summer feel that leaves you wanting more. love this beer

96 is a very high score, despite many who hate this beer. I would have rated it a lot lower a few years ago. Because my tastes has changed. Also, because now I know it is MADE TO BE DRANK WARMER than usual beers. 8 or 10 degrees celcius, around 45 farenheit. Then you’ll discover the flavors that are smoothly fruity and both sugary, with not much bitterness. It is a great beer to me, and I am saving some for aging. They say 5 years potential in a Unibroue booklet I got in a special package.
