Amber pour with white head. Malty aroma, spices, and lemony citrus. Flavor is semi sweet with malts, spices, and citrus. Surprisingly dry finish.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange body with an off white head. Sweet with a light coriander sweet citrus warming, some pear and appleish tones but not ox-notes. Spicy yeast character with some earth and herbal tones. A modest warming to finish. Great stuff.

Pours hazy orange with a big foamy white head. Very strong aroma- yeast, orange, honey, bready malt. Taste is more bitter but still sweet with roast malt. Very high carbonation initially, gets thinner and flavor is more bold after sitting for a while. Medium body slight alcohol warming finish.

I’ve enjoyed this triple ever since it was available in California. It’s one of the best ones of the style. And, it’s one of the least expensive! In Redding, California, it’s available at Cost Plus world market.

A wonderful golden, cloudy appearance with a small head. A most amazing nose of toasted, biscuit malts, citrus hops and barnyard aromas. Lively carbonation and a smooth texture make for a nice palate. Bold and complex, this is one of the best beers I’ve had.

Lighter color, not clear. Light amber. Not very hoppy, nutty. Has the aftertaste I am looking for.

Poors cloudy orange, with one-finger of white head. Aroma is fruit and spice and unfiltered yeast. Mouth feel is effervescent and complex. Wonderful. Starts with citrus and spice, with subtlety sour yeast and tart lemon. Excellent Tripel.

This beer is orange with a white, fluffy head that literally lasts for over an hour. There’s the aroma of citrus, yeast, and spices, and the taste is spicy and of citrus with plenty of carbonation on the tongue. I enjoyed this beer more as it got warmer.
