surprisingly light and citrusy on the nose. orange pour with frothy white head. The nose of this beer is absolutely amazingpossibly some weet citrus as well. taste of slight slcohol....citrus, spice....absolutely delicious. crisp and clean. refreshing on the palate.

Dec 25, 2009 I’ve enjoyed this triple ever since it was available in California. It’s one of the best ones of the style. And, it’s one of the least expensive! In Redding, California, it’s available at Cost Plus world market.

Dec 24, 2009 A wonderful golden, cloudy appearance with a small head. A most amazing nose of toasted, biscuit malts, citrus hops and barnyard aromas. Lively carbonation and a smooth texture make for a nice palate. Bold and complex, this is one of the best beers I’ve had.

Dec 22, 2009 Poors cloudy orange, with one-finger of white head. Aroma is fruit and spice and unfiltered yeast. Mouth feel is effervescent and complex. Wonderful. Starts with citrus and spice, with subtlety sour yeast and tart lemon. Excellent Tripel.

Dec 20, 2009 This beer is orange with a white, fluffy head that literally lasts for over an hour. There’s the aroma of citrus, yeast, and spices, and the taste is spicy and of citrus with plenty of carbonation on the tongue. I enjoyed this beer more as it got warmer.
