My favorite all time beer! I love Unibroue. About 10 years ago I was introduced to their beers and I fell in love. Not like a mother loves her child...it’s much more than this.

Poors cloudy orange, with one-finger of white head. Aroma is fruit and spice and unfiltered yeast. Mouth feel is effervescent and complex. Wonderful. Starts with citrus and spice, with subtlety sour yeast and tart lemon. Excellent Tripel.

This beer is orange with a white, fluffy head that literally lasts for over an hour. There’s the aroma of citrus, yeast, and spices, and the taste is spicy and of citrus with plenty of carbonation on the tongue. I enjoyed this beer more as it got warmer.

simple, seems like less-apple more-alchl version of Ephemere.

Pours a nice golden color with a small foamy white head. A very nice citrusy aroma. Very nice.

Bottle. Pours golden with a big head that dissipates slowly and leaves plenty of lacing. Taste is sugar, lemon, spice. Yum

750 mL bottle. Hazy golden pour with medium white head. Buttery lemon aroma. Tastes like a carbonated lemon Christmas cookie. I like it.

33 cl bottle, Fargo, ND, USA via Winnipeg. Can’t believe I hadn’t rated this yet. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, energetic carbonation culminating in a frothy uneven head. Citrus and bread aroma; smooth tight carbonation on the first sip with some sweet/alcohol dominating. Bread and earthiness, satisfying warming finish.
