Nov 4, 2009 On tap. Hazy orange brown pour with a foamy tan head. Aroma is nutty, dusty, caramel, prunes. Flavor is caramel, nutty, bread, yeast, brown sugar. Quite good!

Nov 1, 2009 Bottle. Pours a cloudy flat brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of coriander and some other spices, and malt. Flavor is malty with spice and a slight hop presence. Very good.

Oct 30, 2009 From a 750 ml. bottle. It pours a cloudy, mahogany brown with a lng lasting tan head. Fermented in the bottle so the yeast aromas are strong upon opening, along with hops and maybe clove. Solid mouthfeel. Hops in the flavor tone down the strong alcohol flavor to balance it off in good fashion. Finishes mildly dry.

Oct 29, 2009 Beautiful brown body with a fluffy head. Aroma is malty, sweet, belgian sugar, plums, spice and yeast. Fruity, banana and cloves too. Flavor is sweet with mellow spice, banana, plum and brown sugar. This is on draft, have had many times in a bottle but this is just awesome. So smooth and delicious.

Oct 21, 2009 Bottle from The Party Source. Pours cloudy amber with a big rocky beige head. Aroma of malts, dried dark fruits, clove, red apple, and alcohol. Flavor is also malty, with the dark dried fruit, clove and mild spices, alcohol, and red apple. Signature Unibroue-ness to it in both the aroma and flavor. Smooth, medium bodied, with a sweet, fruity finish. Another great one from Unibroue.
