bottle thanks to bleeng. Pours a clear amber with a thin white head. Nose is of yeast, banana and citrus. Taste is of lemon and yeast. Mouthfeel is dry and carbonated.

Pours cloudy amber, with a one-finger off-white head, very fine and lasting lacing. Aromas of orange, caramel, biscuit, coriander, and some light floral notes. Medium-light body, effervescent, crisp, and a tiny bit tart. Flavors of citrus and apple, wheat bread, grass, pepper, and coriander. Sweet and delicate up front, but well-balanced by the lightly tart and bitter finish.

750ml bottle. Amber color, white head that doesn’t last dissepear fast. Fruity (banana, citrus), alcohol presence well hidden. Good brew. But, to a point, its a Unibroue product that feels a lot of other unibroue products.

Bottle at chris_o’s "smash kook’s granny tasting". Alround rating: Pale malt, lightly spicey, banana wheaty esters, quite yeasty and peppery. Alright.

From the 750 ml. corked bottle no. 8-230804569. The pour is a hazy orange-pale yellow with an inch of fizzy white head that settles down after a couple moments. The aroma has a crispness and freshness to it. A little citrus, a little floral hop, and a little wheaty. The mouthfeel is creamy and smooth. The taste mildly spiced, vaguely malted, a bit wheaty, and ends with mild hops. A nicely balanced and easy to drink Canadian-style Belgian Ale.

tastes like a good tripel with a little more going on. Some spices, clove good carbonation. I taste and smell some bubblegum and banana. Not bad. The beer ends kindof funky and lots of alcohol. Kind of makes your tounge feel numb which is weird.

Nice looking beer with an amber body and thick fluffy white head, but body is a bit on the thin side. Aroma shown barnyard, and a bit of acrid citrus. Taste is consistent with the aroma. Very dry finish with a tongue scraping sprightly carbonation. I felt it could have used more maltiness and backbone.
