Cloudy reddish brown, nose is raisiny so is taste. Smooth, full bodied and malty - very easy to drink but savor at 9% ABV. $1.50 for a 330ml bottle from Capitol Convenience Concord, NH. blipp (1685), Newark, New Jersey, USA
| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Apr 16, 2008 Bottle. Pours very dark and cloudy brown with a beige head that never really goes away. Aroma is sweet ripe fruit, almost like a nice red wine, with notes of cherry, berry, prune and apricot. Full and velvety body. Flavors are subtle and never overpowering. Berry, plum, peach, yeast, raisin, and probably much more my unworthy palate can’t find. Very nice, very well balanced, easy to drink. theisti (1681), Leawood, Kansas, USA

Nice finish. sloth (1678), Ceciltucky, Co., Maryland, USA
