Its Fruity its spicy and its strong but the alcohol flavor is well hidden. Try it you wont regret it! mmmbeer (765), Austin, Texas, USA

Aroma of yeast and a touch of sweetness (almost a lab quality sucrose). Hits the mouth with a great medium body, fruits and sweetness dictate the tones, and kicks you in the mouth. Very little, if any, hops can be noticed; alcohol not very noticeable at all. If I had to choose one word to describe it, it would be UNDERRATED! tig397 (64), dearborn heights, Michigan, USA

Strong odor of plum, malt, and caramel. Strong plum and sugar malt taste which ends with a warm alcohol aftertaste. A good, complex quad. boonke (2), Malmö, Sweden does not count | 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Jan 10, 2008 Pours dark brown with a nice foam. | 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jun 5, 2008 Incredible! This is fine, fine stuff. First thing I noticed was a burst of aroma, flowing out of the bottle, full of alcohol, dark fruits (figs or raisins), combined with roasty malt. It’s poured a very dark-reddish color with a reddish foam head. Nicely carbonated. It’s flavor was very complex with fruits, vinious texture, alcohol, and roasty malt. It’s smooth and right. Nice cool, nice warm. Not abrasive whatsoever. monkeychugg55 (242), Joliet, Illinois, USA

Aroma is yeasty and fruity, with good amount of malts. Flavor was pretty complex...mixed dark fruit with roasted chocolate malt and a dry, crisp yeast finish. Not too shabby.
