Aug 4, 2007 On tap at the Union Barrel Brew Pub. Poured a lighter and clear golden/yellow color with a small sized white head. Aromas of wheat, spices and ligth bananas. Tastes of bananas, cloves, and light citrus.

Sep 17, 2009 on tap @Stoudts Invitational-pours a white head with bubbles and hazy straw color. Aroma is musty wheat. Taste is musty, banana/clove, wheat, lemon.

Golden in color, not cloudy, only hazy. Candied banana esters and candy sugar nose. Pale and a bit empty flavor, with a pasty, bland and stale paper flavor almost. Empty palate, dull, reminds me of these so-called American Wheats, lightly sweet and sugary, bit overall bland, simple and underwhelming.

Jul 16, 2007 Draft. Gold pour with off-white head and not a lot of turbidity. The aroma is nce, big banana bread, Bazooka, clove, with the same flavors, plus some pale malt and hopcitrus in the flavor. The palate was medium to light, and crisp in the finish.

Jul 25, 2007 Tap @ UBW. Poured a hazy yellow color with a white head. The aroma is a semi-sweet and spiced mix of clove on top of banana. Mildly sweet malt flavor that starts with banana goed to spicey clove and back to banana to finish it up. Mostly dry finish with spice and some bitterness left over. Just over a light body.

Sep 26, 2009 Draught at the BrewPub: Faint wheat aroma. Poured pale yellow in color with a small, white head that lasted only as a film on top of the beer. Hazy. Not sparkling. Tastes of wheat, yeast, slight spices, and a hint of lemon. Light body. Lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Tasteless finish. A poor example of a Hefe.

Aug 4, 2007 On tap at brewpub. Poured a goldish color that wasn’t too hazy or cloudy. Aroma was decent; flavor featured more spice and citrus than yeast and wheat. Found it decent tasting, but not overly great.
