| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 9, 2007 I wasnt really digging this maibock. Hints of fruity ester, and light phenolics I think threw it off for me. Light caramel sweetness all the way through, but had a somewhat vegetal qwuality and some white wine. obxdude10 (1561), Pottstown, Pennsylvania, USA

Orange-amber in color, not much head, what there is is disapates quickly. Sweet malt, just a hint of hops in the nose. The honey is evident - not too much so, just enough to smooth this brew out. A very nice Mai Bock. biznizness (948), Mooresville, North Carolina, USA

Aroma is sweet with notes of clove, honey & a hint of bready yeast. Lively flavors, fairly sweet and very clean. Finish is crisp and smooth. A very nice offering.
