Draft. Medium copper color with off-white head. Aroma of heavy hops, some tropical fruit and peppery notes. Tastes hoppy, caramel malty, with mid-palate citric, pepper, lemony, and tangerine notes. Smooth finish. This one is a solid APA.

This was a good pale ale. It won’t blow you away with the hop flavor, and not real complex, but refreshing and crisp.

This is a pretty strong pale ale. Full flavor with a nice bold hop finish. One of the better offerings from UBW.

Medium amber color - clear with a thin head. Aroma of cirtus, a hint of lemon and pine. Flavor is fairly sweet, slight twinge of citrus hops and a clean finish. Nothing exciting, but a decent session pale ale.

reasonable pale ale, a bit of hops, maybe a tad of citrus, pretty much just an overall average brew.

Decent run of the mill pale ale- nothing too great, but no flaws either. Deep golden, almost coppery, hazy and a modest head retention. typical citrus hops, some orange hints, lemon, and a clean crisp finish.

On tap at UBW. Bronze/amber in color, very nice white head. Plenty hops in the nose. Smooth, with a good amount of EKG and Cascade, followed up with some more EKG in back. A very good, but not great, APA. It does offer a nice change of pace to UBW’s lagers.

A very nice pale ale, copper in color with a small but lacing off-white head, nose full of hops but a good touch of caramel & malt, hoppy flavors, very bitter, maybe a little unbalanced with all the hops, just not enough malt to back it up, bitter & dry finish with a touch of grapefruit, not bad but has the potential to be a lot better
