Pale golden colour, moderate but lasting white head. Moderate sweetish aroma, notes of grass and grain. The flavour is fairly "fresh" and fruity, sweeter than the crispest of pilseners but not sickly, some grainy notes, soft mouthfeel, with a noticeable hoppy bitterness in the finish. For a new Norwegian pilsener, this is not too bad. Nordcore (290), North of, Norway

Golden, cloudy with a short lived head. Aroma; Malt, hops and a sence of lemon. Flavor; malt with a little lemon sence. a bit watery, but ok pilsner. Gr0ve (1412), Oslo, Norway
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Dec 1, 2009 330 ml bottle. Cloudy whiteish golden. Coarse off-white head that disintegrates quickly. Large bubbles. Crisp floral aroma with an almost acidic lemony edge. More lemon in the flavour. Quite refreshing in fact. The bitterness that is there is hidden by the rather dominating acidity. I suspect that the beer was not meant to be this acidic, but still I do find it quite enjoyable. At least there is some flavour. fobar (70), Søgne, Norway

A fully diminishing, two-finger blond head over a crystal clear, pale yellow-golden body. Modest, but clean, and light sweet malt aroma. A note of yellow apples and a noticable scent of hay and metal from the hops. Taste is medium sweet, but has a certain crispness, due to the clean malt profile and the fair amount of both flavoring (grass and mild spices) and bittering hops. Body is quite fizzy and a bit underweight. Finishes slight sweet, fortunately with a fine, lingering bitterness. Could need some more body weight, but overall a decent Norwegian macropilsener with a fine hop profile.
