| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 14, 2009 Bottle sampled on 10/25/08: Pours a slightly hazy bright copper orange ruby with a spotty-lacing white head. Aroma of fresh earthy cherries and oaky tartness with some mild earthy musty character and grassiness. Starts with some light effervescence and some sweaty tart cherry character before a drier musty finish. Could use a little more time to age, but is pretty true to style.
