This is my favorite one so far. From Batch 1 and 2 now numerous times. So nice and prickly sour. Tart cherry with some barrel and funk. Slightly acidic but still nice mouthfeel. Delicious and seems like a great Lambic to me.

Bottled. An unclear red beer with no head. The aroma is tart with notes of fruit. The flavor is acidic with notes of fruit and lots of acetone, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle sampled on 10/25/08: Pours a slightly hazy bright copper orange ruby with a spotty-lacing white head. Aroma of fresh earthy cherries and oaky tartness with some mild earthy musty character and grassiness. Starts with some light effervescence and some sweaty tart cherry character before a drier musty finish. Could use a little more time to age, but is pretty true to style.

From bottle, blind #18. Pours hazy dark orange with a fully gone head. Dry acetone, light acidic aroma. Crisp hoppy, mild fruity and vague acetone flavoured. Very smooth flavoured. Lasting fruity and mild crisp flavoured finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of KimJohansen. Hazy and opaque reddish amber with a bubbly off-white head that dissipates completely in no time. Fruity, lightly tart aroma. Light body with a discreet carbonation. Lightly tart berry notes and a little coconut. Sulphurous and lightly tart finish. 120609
