Commercial Description:
The Upland Dragonfly IPA is a malty and hoppy brew. Note the clean malty fullness on the front of the palate with fruity citrus overtones, attributable to our special hops. Dry hopping creates a floral aroma, and our use of bittering hops lends a strong bitter taste in the back of the tongue and throat.

The only term I can use to describe the aroma is "appley." Pours a nice brownish red with a slight beige head. A fair amount of hops flavor and a little woody finish with a bit of bitter.

Interesting IPA. Dark amber pour, light white head. Piney, malty aroma.Flavor is very malt forward. Fruity, caramelly, and very complex with an ipa, with a solid bitterness at the back of the throat. Dug this.

Thanks bro. Pours a copper color with a thin off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts and some piney hops with some citrus. Taste is much the same. This Upland shit has some crazy malty house recipe stuff going on.

Pours a rich copper color with little offwhite head. Aroma is light piney hops and caramel malt. Taste is piney bitter hops, with some caramel malt and light orange pith. And okay IPA..

Good IPA. Citrus and mild pine in nose and flavor. A little sweet, hops strong but not blasting. Solid offering.

Bonus bottle received from StFun. Pour was very dark orange with tons of carbonation. Aroma was yeasty, malty and a little citrus. Flavor was not the usual IPA I’m used to, bitter flavor was there, but not overly hoppy (more malty and fruity) and finished sweet. Different, but still a decent IPA. Glad I got to try this one!

Bottle. Amber pour. Small white head. Aroma is malty with a different aroma, some citrus is there but something else that I cannot quite pin down. Flavor is a bit sweet with some grapefruit flavor. Not bad. Not world class.
