Bottle. Amber body . Small, off-white head, mostly diminishing. Grainy aroma with some notes of caramel, bread, grass, corn and husk. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture that turns slightly chalky in the finish, lively carbonation. Crisp at first, it is an easy drinker. A bit unclean in the finish, the grainy huskiness coming through in both flavor and mouthfeel.

Amber pour. Very sweet and malty aroma. Flavor is all malt. A bit sweet but pretty smooth and pretty easy to drink.

Bottle. Poured a light orange with an off-white head. Aroma was full of sweet malty notes and quite one note. Flavor was a bit more interesting with the same malt flavors, but a bit of a spicy/hoppy kick at the finish.

Pours amber with a tan head. Smells of sweet malt, some earthy hints. Tastes spicy and sweet with some nice peppery splashes on the finish.

12oz bottle....extra. Pours a mostly clear orange amber with a 2 finger bubbly white head, light lacing. Nose starts off quite funky, almost Saison-ish, it really smells of faint Brettanomyces. Flavor is also a little funky finishing up with some roasted malts. Not sure if this beer was supposed to taste like this but, it was pretty tasty.

Amber color with a moderate off-white head. Sweeter aromas, with light fruit dough and a hint of toasted malt. I seem to be thinking about banana bread. Not a bad scent, just not an oktoberfest nose. Malt, caramel and fruit sweetness in the front. Acidity in the middle cuts the sweetness. Sharp verses crisp in feel. Actually seems smoother as it warms. Just seems to miss the lager mark.

12oz bottle. Filtered orange-tan color, minimal head, but lots of CO2 bubbles. Doughy orange malt aroma, nice and fresh. A great balance of medium toasted malts, and a subdued spicy noble hops. Some orange cream in the finish. Quite clean and sessionable with the low ABV, but still loaded with enjoyable flavor. A pretty good Oktoberfest.
