Oct 30, 2009 Clear gold pour. Barely any head. Aroma is very lighht contains some faint yeast, caramel and maybe a smidge of citrus hops. Flavor is very light. caramel malt and watered down apple juice with a tiny hop finish. Meh.

Jun 30, 2009 Pours a clear glowing orange/amber with a nice frothy white head. Aroma of sweet fruits, peach, mango, papaya, fruit salad. Flavor of sweet juicy cocktail fruits, toffee, doughy, cotton candy, medium sweetness and light bitterness. Fairly drinkable. Medium/light bodied with nice even feeling mouthful, smooth sizzling uniform carbonation, not sticky at all.

May 24, 2009 Draft at tap room. Pours amber, and lighter in color than their house amber...weird. Aroma of fruity ale esters and Cascade hops. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Flavor of caramel with some notes of citrus, countered by a peppery bitterness. Just a tad thin on the finish.

May 2, 2009 Dark gold pour. Aroma of malts and hops. Medium body with a nice caramel malt sweetness and decent hop bitterness. The only drawback is the distinct alcohol at the finish. The alcohol bite was way too strong for this type of beer and only being 5.1%.

Apr 4, 2009 Dad hooked me up with this one. Orangeish pour with light white film of a head . Floral hops and lots of fruit in the nose. Subtle flavor, very fruity hops and light caramel malt. Very drinkable, very sessionable pale.

Feb 13, 2009 Bottle. Poured a clear, golden color with a frothy tan head with nice lacing. Floral hops dominate the aroma with a hint of citrus. The beer has a light body, thin texture, average carbonation, and a nice bitter finish. The flavor reflects the aroma with a medium bitterness and floral and citrus accents. Overall, I really like this pale ale. Once again, Upland has delivered a quality beer that I would definately drink again.

Jan 31, 2009 Thanks bro. Pours a golden color with lots of particulate. Aroma is lemon pepper and some sweet malt. Taste is the same. Some crazed malts going on here.
