Very yeasty smell and flavor with a crisp hop quality. Almost more of an IPA Belgian than a true India Pale Ale. SpringsLicker (2043), Tennessee, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 6, 2006 A large, off-white head forms over this hazy, orange brew.
Light malt in the aroma with some flowery perfumy hops. Slightly sweet with a bit of sourness in the finish.
Dry palate. decaturstevo (2010), decatur, Tennessee, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 3, 2006 A hazy orange pour with a hugh foamy head. An aroma of dirt and light fruit. A slightly bitter tast that I’m not sure all comes from the hops. A creamy easy smoother palate than the head indicates taht it would be. Not great but not bad. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 3, 2006 Orange, big white head. Fruity, yeasty aroma, with a slight piney note. Piney and woodsy flavor, not as sweet as the aromas suggests. Mildly sour finish. EithCubes (2170), Indiana, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Sep 3, 2006 Bottle. Clear orange pour with a creamy, rocky (i.e. root beer float), lacing, tan head. Aroma is strongly, overwhelmingly hoppy, but that’s about it save for the light alcohol. Pleasant citrus taste, mildly hoppy. Thin body, not quite watery, but at least it’s crisp. Unbalanced. Overall, a simple, burgers-and-nachos beer, and the perfect keg party choice for Bloomington’s Greeks. I do like this, though. shrubber85 (2995), Wallhalben, Germany
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Aug 28, 2006 Bottle. Light pineapple/orange hops aroma. Orange amber color with small head. Light malt and pineapple hops flavor - on the watery side. Nice flavor but on the weak side. Tmoney99 (4791), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 24, 2006 Bottle. Poured a hazy copper color with an average frothy white head that diminished slowly with good lacing. Moderate hoppy complex citrus aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture. Medium balanced citrus bitter flavor with a smooth bitter finish of average duration. Solid refreshing brew. MrRomero (1934), Nolanville, Texas, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jun 3, 2006 12 oz bottle: poured light orange with a very small off white head. Very light hop aroma, light citrus. Flavor is earthy, mild hops, and just a touch of citrus. Finish is somewhat cardboard-like and stale with moderate bitterness. Drinkable certainly but there are better pale ales out there.
