hazy orange to pale golden color with no head and very little carbonation.
smells good... under ripe peaches, pale dusty malt, smoky wood, some funky tartness, cinnamon, flowers, grass and minerals.
the flavor is a muted version of the aroma... slight peach flavor mixed with the same base of minerals, pale malt and a very slight tart funk.
medium bodied with a slick mouth feel since it is nearly dead flat. 7/4/6/3/14/3.4 Sparky27 (1608), Phoenix, Arizona, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jul 8, 2009 750ml bottle courtesy of StFun – thanks Josh! Pours a slightly hazy orangish dark gold with almost zero head sans for a few large bubble. The nose is sour vinegar and light unripe peaches. The taste is light barnyard funk, vinegar, malt and faint sour peach in the finish. Medium fairly flat mouthfeel. Decent lambic. I think I’d have to vote Cherry as my favorite Upland Lambic, perhaps because you can pick put the fruitiness better. Still, nice and refreshing on a hot Phoenix summer evening. Thanks again Big J! nbutler11 (769), Phoenix, Arizona, USA

Pours like peach juice with no discernable head. Undercarbonated, for sure. Smells and tastes of mild, underripe, peaches. Very subdued. Dries like champagne on the finish. Aroma of fresh fruity peaches and tart bretty funk. Body starts with good fullness and not much carbonation but with a light fruity peach flavor and good sweet tart balance before a drier finish. Seems a little dull, but should hopefully perk up over time. Brigadier (1246), Chagrin Falls, Ohio, USA

This was the first time I came across an Upland lambic that was not that good. Uncarbonated and not very tart it has very few redeeming aspects. More time is not to going to improve this in my opinion; you might are well drink it as soon as you can.
Aroma / Appearance - Flat with no head the carbonation was as minimal as it could be. The golden orange body sat lifelessly. Only slightly sour it is not as sweet as Lindeman’s or as intense as Cantlllon. The only positive is that it smells more like freshly squeezed peaches than canned fruit.
Flavor / Palate - Peach with a tartness more like a berliner weiss than a lambic it fades quickly. Not nearly as good as the other Upland lambics that I have tried this is hopefully just a dud. Maybe next year’s release will help them step it up. Papsoe (15107), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Light Brett aroma and a distinct fruitiness. Light body, a little watery, carbonation is almost flat, magnificent and fresh fruitiness - apricots and a little vanilla. The finish is vaguely tart. 290509 Ungstrup (15382), Frederiksberg, Denmark
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Jun 5, 2009 Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of sweet malt and fruit and light notes of spices. The flavor is acidic with notes of malt and lighter notes of brettanomyces, fruit - especially peaches and oranges, leading to a dry finish. The body is a bit thin. fiulijn (7420), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy

Sour aroma, with lemon and tangerine, light malt, very light flowers too; interesting. It has a medium body, with light malt flavor, the sourness is not too strong, there is a fruity touch that reminds apples, along with the citrus fruits, and, mostly interesting, a delicate hazelnut touch. The final is delicate, lemony. Very good.
