Dec 4, 2003 Pours a mild golden with a big frothy white head. Pleasant Saaz hoppy aroma with a dry caramel matly profile. Clean, crisp body has a nice sweetness and good authentic hoppiness. One of the best Pilsners I've had. Very smooth and flavorful. Thanks bigbadbear63!

Oct 7, 2003 Draft: This is the best beer I've had from Upland. Spicy hops in the nose and flavor. Crisp and flavorful with a nice mouthfeel. Had to order another!

Sep 29, 2003 (bottled) Deep straw color, bright with light haze. Grassy floral & faintly toasty aroma. Malty punch followed by quickly fading clean finish, but lingering expansive bitterness. Creamy carbonation and medium-body. Great!

Aroma of Saaz hops, toasted malts, apples, caramel, and grass. Crisp aromatic hops followed by light malty sweetness. Dry and clean finish. Light-bodied, with a watery and fizzy mouthfeel. Quaffable summer session brew. Works for me.
